Multiple session workshops focusing on internal and external communication, including an array of applied tools to succeed in a variety of conversations and discussions (privately and professionally).

Assessing tendencies and develop a knowledge of self and another person(s).

3. Habit Change
Multiple session workshops focusing on the implementation of mental structure to follow through with any habit desired to adjust and transform.

Determining the absoluteness of self-identity.

Developing a deeper relationship with a defined identity.

Designing routine, including possible fall-back back-ups.
-
Planing useful rewarding systems and assess progress.

Recognizing mental patterns to succeed and restart.

Applying system to any new habit.

Self-reflection on personal aspirations and intentions.

Revisiting ideal routines to build realistic ones.

Exploring the smallest way to change and figuring out how to make an impact with little effort.

Using creative ways to discover transformation (art, nature, etc.)

5. Relationships
Multiple session workshops focusing on internal and external communication, including an array of applied tools to succeed in building relationships that last (privately and professionally).

Multiple session workshops focusing on all our emotions to build a strong relationship with ourselves and others. Encouraging us to see beyond what we see and include unpleasant emotions, as well.

Recognizing the state of mind and applying new skills.

Building a container for each emotion to acknowledge emotions.

Distinguish between fact-based or believed perception.

4. Social Awareness
Multiple session workshops focusing on a variety of subjects that complement human connection and relationship to ourselves and others. It includes digital distractions and everyday interactions.

Recognizing patterns and adjusting them continuously.

Establishing routines to fulfill obligations and receive quality time for self and with others.
