Multiple session workshops focusing on internal and external communication, including an array of applied tools to succeed in a variety of conversations and discussions (privately and professionally).

Learning Objectives:

  • Recognizing personal communication style.

  • Identifying emotional connections and patterns under challenging conversations.

  • Applying listening skills to a better understanding of the conversation scope.

  • Assessing tendencies and develop a knowledge of self and another person(s).

  • Translating and explain the mindset and emotions to oneself and others.

Methods:

  • Self-evaluation through emotional identifications

  • Self-reflection on past conversations (resolved and unresolved)

  • Active listening practice

  • Expression of emotions/feelings practice

  • Discover over-used words causing negative emotions and find synonyms.

  • Breathing exercises

3. Habit Change

Multiple session workshops focusing on the implementation of mental structure to follow through with any habit desired to adjust and transform.

Learning Objectives:

  • Determining the absoluteness of self-identity.

  • Developing a deeper relationship with a defined identity.

  • Designing routine, including possible fall-back back-ups.

  • Planing useful rewarding systems and assess progress.

  • Recognizing mental patterns to succeed and restart.

  • Applying system to any new habit.

Methods:

  • Self-reflection on personal aspirations and intentions.

  • Revisiting ideal routines to build realistic ones.

  • Exploring the smallest way to change and figuring out how to make an impact with little effort.

  • Using creative ways to discover transformation (art, nature, etc.)

  • Practicing letting go of expectations

  • Breathing exercises

5. Relationships

Multiple session workshops focusing on internal and external communication, including an array of applied tools to succeed in building relationships that last (privately and professionally).

Learning Objectives:

  • Recognize personal communication style.

  • Identify emotional connections and patterns to better a relationship.

  • Apply listening skills to a better understanding of partners, friends, co-workers, etc.

  • Assess tendencies and develop a knowledge of self and another person(s).

  • Translate and explain the mindset and emotions to oneself and others.

Methods:

  • Self-evaluation through emotional identifications

  • Self-reflection on past conversations (resolved and unresolved)

  • Active listening practice

  • Expression of emotions/feelings practice

2. Emotional Awareness

Multiple session workshops focusing on all our emotions to build a strong relationship with ourselves and others. Encouraging us to see beyond what we see and include unpleasant emotions, as well.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identifying and exploring our emotions in a safe environment.

  • Recognizing the state of mind and applying new skills.

  • Building a container for each emotion to acknowledge emotions.

  • Distinguish between fact-based or believed perception.

  • Establishing increased awareness of how to pay close attention to our thoughts.

Methods:

  • Self-reflection on personal tendencies during the conflict.

  • Establishing mind awareness.

  • Creating a safe space to observe pleasant, unpleasant, and neutral emotions.

  • Applying self-compassion and exploration practice.

  • Breathing practice

4. Social Awareness

Multiple session workshops focusing on a variety of subjects that complement human connection and relationship to ourselves and others. It includes digital distractions and everyday interactions.

Learning Objectives:

  • Developing an increased awareness of daily tendencies.

  • Assessing underlying emotions to actions to better our daily interactions.

  • Recognizing patterns and adjusting them continuously.

  • Establishing routines to fulfill obligations and receive quality time for self and with others.

  • Diagnosing emotional patterns and reactions,  transforming them into responses. 

Methods:

  • Self-evaluation through daily activities.

  • Self-reflection on digital device use and interactions with strangers

  • Exploring emotions and how they affect us.

  • Discussing personal tendencies and routines, separately and in groups.

  • Expand creativity through different kinds of tools.
