Everything we do is related to psychology. How our mind works, our behaviors towards ourselves and others, and how we socialize with each other.

Today's conversations with Ridvan Foxhall focus on how our awareness of self plays a huge role in how we perceive the world and how we interact with each other. During these sessions you'll discover, how to:

-
understand your emotions and thoughts better,
-
embrace your uncomfortable experiences,
-
incorporate body, mind, and soul,
-
be more present and see the beauty in humanity, and
-
problem-solve as a team.
Ridvan Foxhall is the Founder and Executive Director of New Era Creative Space.
