Mindful Being focuses on unleashing the individuals’ aspirations and capabilities in being a parent.

​

We, as an individual, are part of a family, and we quickly can lose feet. Unless we understand the foundation of ourselves, we won’t find what makes us truly happy, consist of our ups and downs, and function as a parent.

 

The different subject matters, such as Communication, Emotional and Social Awareness (including digital distraction), Habit Change, and Relationships, are all based on our input and expression of self.

These curriculums have the same fundamentals and are the basis of how Mindful Being approaches all the sessions, and they include:

  • Focus on breath

  • Mental and Physical awareness

  • Understanding of self and surroundings

  • Open-mindedness

  • Listening to self and others

  • Pause / Reflection
