HOW CAN I SUPPORT YOU?

As individuals, we are part of a family, an organization, and different relationships, including in public places. We could easily fall into an automated reactive or passive space if we are unaware of our emotions and internal and past experiences. Unless we understand how we function underneath the surface, we won’t know how to express our needs and wants in those moments.

Mindful Being supports you in finding ways how to communicate what happens subconsciously and bring more awareness to those situations when you feel ineffective. We explore the places we usually hide from, such as emotions, pain, discomfort, and opposing perspectives.

The exploration is done in a safe environment where you share without judgment. This allows us to return to our usual circles, at work, with friends, and with families with more attention and compassion. We work together to find your voice and effectively share your needs and wants.

The subjects include communication, emotional and social awareness (e.g., digital distraction), habit change, and relationships. These curriculums have the same fundamentals and are the basis of how Mindful Being approaches all the sessions, and they include:

  • Mental and Physical Awareness

  • Understanding of self and surroundings

  • Open-mindedness

  • Listening to self and others

  • Pause / Reflection

  • Meditation
