I wrote this book because I believe we already hold valuable information in us. I found that we rely too much on research and what science has proven, lose touch with the knowledge we already possess, and therefore lack trust in our own abilities.
The rise of technology and AI will only enhance this distrust in ourselves, and I want more people to be encouraged by our own stories and learn from our internal input how to live the life of our dreams because we are already living it.
