Service Description

At Mindful Being, we recognize the importance of human experiences in the face of the rise of AI. During this 7-session workshop, we focus on seven relevant aspects of being human, beginning with the breath. Each session explores our relationship with the theme, we practice together, and discuss how to implement it into our daily lives. The themes are: 1. Breath 2. Movement 3. Stillness 4. Engagement 5.
