The Practice

Breathe in through your nose and out of your nose or mouth. Repeat it twice and as many times as you want throughout the day.

So simple and so beneficial. We usually underestimate the power of focusing on our breathing. It gets us out of our heads in challenging times, and it relaxes us. You could use the in-breath to energize and the out-breath to relax. Below you will find some articles and websites that further support the significance of our breath.​​
