Practice

Take a different path to work, home, to the grocery store, or a restaurant today. It might be taking a different turn or adding a little detour.

This practice is here to stretch our imagination and creativity, and especially to break ourselves out of our routine. Our brain has to create new pathways and directions to get to our regular final destination, and that adjustment helps our brain stay active and present. More information below on the benefits of this exercise.
