Day 13: Converse Upside Down
Practice
Conversing upside down for a couple of minutes. Okay, this practice might not be as accessible for everyone and the main point is to have fun and stretch our imagination. You can lie on a sofa or bed and have your head over the edge. If you have any physical limitations that prevents you from executing this practice, consider a similar version as long as you communicate with someone in an unusual manner.

There aren't many benefits in holding a conversation upside down. Our primary focus today is to have fun while talking with someone.
