Day 15: Take Six Deep Breaths
The Practice
Breathe in through your nose and out of your nose or mouth. Repeat it six times and as many times as you want throughout the day.​​​

As we have increased by two breaths each week, what have you noticed? Have you come across any challenges? With each increase, did you do it less throughout the day or at the same rate? Did you find it easy to practice, or have you encountered any challenges?
