Day 17: Stand Still
Practice
Stand still for 2 to 5 minutes, or as long as you are in line or waiting for something to happen. It's up to you where you want to practice today's focus, as long as you stand still and are not distracted by devices.​​​​

The benefits of standing include changing our physical position and experiencing many unexpected benefits, such as improved blood circulation and increased use of micro muscles. Only when we stand still for an extended period and more consistently will we recognize what we were missing in our daily activities. Learn more in the articles below.
