Day 2: Inhale, Exhale, Arms Up, Arms Down

Practice

Inhale and lift your arms; exhale and lower them down. Repeat this pattern three to four times, and do it a few times throughout the day. â€‹â€‹

This simple movement helps increase the flow of oxygen into and throughout our bodies. It also improves posture over time and promotes some movement if you work at a desk.

​

Sometimes, all we need is a little movement to help us refocus and reenergize.
