The Practice

Breathe in through your nose and out of your nose or mouth. Repeat it eight times and as many times as you want throughout the day.

This is our final focus on breathing for this 28-day practice. How have you experienced this practice? Has it become easier to integrate it into your day? Were you adding deep breaths into the other days as well? During our final week, we want to get the most for what's to come.​​

All the practices we are doing weren't meant to be one-and-done. The goal is to create a habit and integrate these practices into everything we do. Especially the breathing that we can exercise at any given moment, as long as we remember.
