Day 24: Lie Down

Practice

​Lie down for 2 to 5 minutes. If possible, during the day, at home, in the grass, or on the ground. The purpose is to change things up and to get a new perspective on our day.​​

​

Usually, we associate lying down with going to sleep, but what if we can utilize the benefits of lying down for sleeping, as well as for a moment to take time to relax and allow our bodies to release any tension from other postures throughout the day?

​

Let's practice it together on our call today. This practice is designed to integrate all aspects of the positions our bodies enjoy and eliminate their limitations.
