Day 25: Challenging Conversation
Practice
Hold a challenging conversation with someone. Perhaps it's a conversation you've been avoiding. It could be a comment that's been on your mind, you want to share with that person, finally. Or it's speaking up in a meeting when you usually keep it to yourself because you didn't want to interrupt or stand out.

There are various reasons why we have held back in having the conversation we needed to have for a while. Some reasons can be feeling intimidated by the person and/or the subject, or it's just not who you are, because you'll figure out a way to work it out. There are several healthy benefits to having a difficult conversation.

Find out more about why and how getting uncomfortable can have benefits for you and your relationship with the person.
