Find something new (e.g., a new food, a travel destination, a grocery store, or a bookstore). Obviously, this practice could also be extended to trying out new things, as it is the theme of space, let's stay with places. What place did you pick and why?

The articles below also refer to moving to a new place and trying out new things, the novelty is the same as for finding a new place for dinner, where you go grocery shopping, and where you find a new book, as it requires you to explore and get us out of our comfort zone of the familiar and habitual.

Every time we get the chance to try a new place or activity, we step into the unknown and practice the mental muscle of adventure, as well as the ability to expand our knowledge. We become more comfortable when we have to change our ways.
