Connect to a strong thought(s) about a person or a situation and notice how it feels in your body. Usually, our mind and body communicate so fast that we don't realize how they affect our bodies. Today, we aim to raise awareness.

The better we become at recognizing the immediate connection between a thought and our body, the easier it becomes to respond rather than react to a thought and its associated emotion. Additionally, we can practice adjusting our thoughts to adopt a more optimistic outlook, which in turn has a healthier effect on our bodies.
