Find a space in your home or work that you don't go or don't spend much time in.​ Stay there for a few minutes. How does it make you feel? What is the reason you don't spend much time there?

​

The idea for this practice is to open our horizon to the common spaces that we take for granted and might not even realize that we don't give our attention to our whole home.

​

You might wonder the purpose of this practice. What happens when we familiarize ourselves with our surroundings, especially if we live there, we start to notice that there is a subconscious reason we neglect certain parts of our home/working space. It will bring more curiosity and wonder to our lives.
