We are limiting our phone use for the day and only using it for necessities, like calls, texts, calendars, and other essential communications.

The purpose is to notice how our bodies and minds respond to limit our phone use. There's a hope to increase our awareness of how it affects our bodies and minds, and to integrate more pauses throughout the day/night, week, and weekends, and to find a healthier relationship with this easily accessible tool.
