Day 8: Take Four Deep Breaths
The Practice
Breathe in through your nose and out of your nose or mouth. Repeat it four times and as many times as you want throughout the day.

Our breath is our lifeline. We forget that we were born with grasping for air, and we will similarly end our lives. Not only that, it also helps with coping with stress. Why do we forget to provide our bodies with sufficient oxygen? It doesn't require extra time or skills; all we need to do is remember.​​
