Practice

Take a walk for as little as 5 minutes or as long as you have that day. Feel free to take multiple walks a day.

If you have a dog, this is a piece of cake for you. Additionally, knowing the benefits of spending time in the fresh air makes a huge difference. Now anytime you take your dog outside, you'll remember what your body & mind gain as well.

​

Having a hard time finding the time? Make a little detour returning from the bathroom. Instead of ordering in, pick it up on foot, or park further away and get your minutes in that way. Even grocery shopping counts, even though you are not in the fresh air, but at least you are moving.
